The way you've laid it out in your book is beautiful. And we'll probably start with kashmiravono, talk about punjab and a bombay. But first i'd like you to define for my listeners what you mean by the security establishment. Because one of the staggering, sort of numberser in your book was when you point out that there are about four million members in the non military security establishment. What exactly does it mean, and how widespread is it? You have the para military forces, which increasingly play a lot of role in domestic politics, militans, et cetera.
