Code Quality Tools - Is Dialyzer a Good Tool?

The elixir community specifically has like a love-hate relationship with dialyzer. It's one of these tools which can be very useful in certain kinds of contexts, especially for example to keep my type specs correct and not vice versa. On the other hand, when you go into the context of running it on the CI system,  you really need to set up some caching because I have a file as a rinse of like 20 minutes and longer - that is just not feasible. So yeah, dialyzer, good on paper, not as good in practice, maybe, not sure.
