I try and take my research a step further than others. I literally just write like I speak and I do the same when I'm calling someone or writing LinkedIn messages. Tom Boston is such a good example of this because he was just being so much himself in his outreach videos for Salesloaf. It's slightly differentiating yourself if everyone else has this really formal structure and being really salesy having that person who's just being themselves and having a bit of fun you're more likely to engage with them.
