i was doing like, a two hour morning routine at one point, and then bas got rid of all of it. i walk and meditate and occasionally do yogo or, like, ustofs got me doing some specific stretches at the moment. And condensing that down and just making sure that i'm opom hydratead ive, journald and i'm out for my walk is pretty much the that's the wall hanging fruit that most people are still ane, not even doing.
