Cassie: I like the run streak idea, but another tip would be let's say you want to just run two or three times a week. Add some structure to those runs so they have a little bit of something to either look forward to and plan around. "The only thing that actually really works and keeps me running for months on end is if I have a race that I'm training for," she says.
