The Importance of Impulse Control in ADHD
My parents were like, oh, something might be going on. Both of us ended up only filling out about half or less than half of the questions because we were spending so much time trying to perfectly fill in the scan trum bubbles. So I wonder if that struggle of impulse control comes in there, you know, whether that affects the ability to resist or ride out a compulsion. Yeah. Well, I think people with OCD tend to be more,. I'm thinking of this from even an overcontrolled DBT and RODBT perspective, where like you have over controlled or under controlled. But it's just more of like an over controlled type perspective versus acting in like an impulsive way
