i don't think it would help if you started out with a second set of kids. What you've learned is always useful, just at the moment at which it becomes useless. And i think what studying ancient philosophy allows you to have your thinking be more your own thinking than it was before. But one thing is, as you worry about utilitarianism, tat some of the categories that we've absorbed from philosophers might not be quite rightd.
