Mark Cuban bought the Dallas Mavericks in 1996. The team was struggling at the time and they weren't winning games. He immediately upgraded them all to Ritz-Carlton's, made sure we had room service but also started sending the message that I'm investing in you but my expectations are bust your ass because we're gonna winBecause if we don't win I'll ship shipping containers out of Texas for a year or two until it gets better. Now he runs one of the most successful basketball teams in the world with his son Luka on the roster.
