The Difference Between Good Employer and Good Workplace?
When i first joined the business, we were donating ten % of our post tax profits to charity. To day, that's gone to 20% and we support over 250 charities every year. We engage our people with the whole charity community side of enriching lives through time giving or payroll donations. It is such an amazing way to spread that self awareness, that joy, that sempathy and understanding for others. And again, we've seen it over there the last 12 months with covet, especially, where people have really wanted to give something back.
