Adaptive Practices - What's the Difference?

Each week the teams come together and we spend an hour providing some professional learning. The sessions are led by either leadership coaches or teachers of that have knowledge based on whatever it is that we will be talking about. So a couple of years ago there was about six teachers that went to America, went, spent two weeks with dataworks and they came back with the expertise. And so we provided a whole year's worth of professional learning and upskilling teachers as well as what an agisere lesson would look like. Last year we also introduced Book Club - looking at walkthroughs and myself and Mark also did Teach Like a Champion.
