Yourap Your Back When You're Meditating
Yourap your back has to be supported when you are meditating. One of the things that julian said on the course is that napping can actually make your system much more sluggish. So if you have, may be deleated an ap, or you just think, every single time i fall asleep, it could just be the changing your sitting position. Am gillian was talking about how she has sometimes meditated on a train,. She will know that they've got a 25 minute train journey, so that's when they'll put their earpods in or their headphones on, with no sound, and em just meditate.
