You shouldn't be building a short term solution for people, right? For yourself is different for people that would require a total rewrigt. And there are decision points you can make, or as you're building out the the report and finish,. Like put down those those technical documentation, techte parts that are like, hay, i made this decision. If performance comes up like this is the thing we fix.
