Connell: What the tools are you using to create your roadmap and present it to the stakeholders. I agree that powerpoint is still quite efficient when you communicate upwards and sometimes outwards as well. But just around you, a product board or even just more low level practical stuff like portfolio plans inside of Europe or Asia or whatever. Mira, for me, is more like a sandbox where everyone can play around and add their insight. And on top of that, email slack and PPE communication.
