Climate Change and Supply Chains

i just did an ama on the collapse ub readit, which both has a lot of useful information about problems with supply chains and an environmental catastrophe. And also provides this pervasive air that like, everythingis going to fall apart. But i would say there are some reasons to think that we may be more vulnerable to that kind of threat than ever before. Our supply chains are stretched very thin. Our food supply is has very little redundant season it. Even in those parts of the world,. where like food is not really a problem, we still have incredibly fragile supply chains. We didn't see global pandemics until there was some form of globilization with the roman empire.
