How Chatter Can Influence Our Attention
Chatter influences our inner chatter, influes our influences our attention. It can really color our experiences and make it difficult to to enjoy life. The greatest athletes are not thinking about where they put their knee when they kick the ball. They're just doing it because that's what people want them to do.
