The first thing we wi started to to do was to talk about it, to talk about the cocuta. We still talk about ri regularly, but something i want to do at some point is have some brain storming station with the team. I expect also to pruve that in january, we write some objectives for the first quarter, and i want to put the cultur down there by the end of the quarter. So i don't think we'll get it right day one, but y i think in the next, i would say, six months max, we should get it down, and the culture should be clear for everyone. It's a major thing to dress
