The Impact of Vaccines on Immune Responses
Many patients on B cell depleting therapies and other immunosuppressive drugs don't respond to a vaccination. Many of these patients ended up taking things in their own hands, which was probably riskier than I would have liked to see from these patients. You know, collectively, it is quite obvious that at the population level, almost everyone on a B cell deplete therapy just don't respondto a vaccination. And so, again, I think the loss of control that our patients had ... even though we had tools, they couldn't leverage them.
