How to Quantify Election Interference
In data science slash astrophysics, how do you prove that an election has been rigged? You start with a null hypothesis and then have to write down the probability distributions. Once you've got those probabilities in your head, what would we expect to see if there is election interference? What would we now see depending on how much interference there is? That's where proportion testing comes into play.
