After a number of years teaching and going back to the books, i decided one point i would really look deeply at the how muscles worked. And it was wherei kind of realized that my whole approach to the work was not, here's this work called the alexander technique, which i wanted to study and get better at. But rather that here's us, the human beings. An alexander, of course, had gone when he had his voice problem, he hadn't gone and studied some work.
