One of the things that drives us crazy is when we read about a trial in a medical journal and all of the data are expressed as relative risk rather than absolute risk. This is part of the problem of communication, isn't it? Yes. And this is one of the tricks of the trade, along with many others, that the industry uses very effectively to manipulate the data.
