Is the CMA Trying to Stop This Deal?
There is a belief that they're ideologically driven at the CMA to the same extent as perhaps our regulators in the United States are. The antitrust laws here have not really changed the interpretation by the FTC and the DOJ may have. But I think when two airlines merge, there's that's become one of these things where people feel that Obama's administration let too many deals.
