The Supreme Court Should Have a Code of Ethics
The bill would require the Supreme Court to publish its own code of conduct. CNN's John Sutter says he thinks this is a political winner for Democrats, who could easily take back the House in a year. He also believes that some senators are trying to use it as an opportunity to pressure the court into taking action on ethics.
