How to Create a Master List of Tasks
When we don't dump stuff, we tend to fall into emotional organizing of what do I feel like doing in this moment? But here you're saying, when I'm feeling overwhelmed, there's an emotional component there. What is the emotional signature of overwhelm to recognize that and to stop? Because we'll just kind of keep pushing through. So step two is to create a master list of tasks. This is different than your brain dump list because we are only putting things on the master list that we are committed to doing.
