How Does San Francisco's Mayor Work?

The board of supervisors is where all the power realy s its. The mayor could potentially put legislation up for a vote, she could give it to the board of supervisors, and the board could vote on it. She should be very strong, but she has none. And now, because of the way the board has grown in power, they have this cabal of people on the very far left who easily get te super majorities all the time. So so she's very, very, very almost i would' say she's powerless.
