Is Einstein's Relativity a B Theory of Time?
Ed Phaser argues that the very process of science itself is an example of change. Trying to use science to prove that change is illusory is self-defeating, he says. If relativity implies a B theory of time, and B theory implies that change doesn't really exist, then it would simply be the case that what appears to be a scientist changing his mind is actually just two parts of the same scientist that both exists on the time block.Phaser's objection is that science undermines itself when it's used to show there is no change.
