The Importance of Taking Screenshots in a Content Building Process

I love that idea that you're actually deceiving your customers as well, just to make the right thing behind the curtains. I do take the client by the hand through that whole content building process but clients still expect to see a screen or a page. And the reason I take screenshots is because there are too many factors involved in presenting an in-browser design comp. People try to tap on things. They expect it to work because it's actually in the medium for which it's designed. So that deception comes backfire on you. That's the purpose of that is what Josh was actually talking about.
