Let It All Out, Listen to the Chimp

You don't need to provoke your chimp into going mental. If you're not feeling that level of emotion, be it fear or rage or whatever, you don't need To use facts and logic with the chimp in order to calm it down. Sight Cayne: The next stage is boxing the Chimp away from people when you do that. This doesn't mean fighting it with boxing gloves - this means putting a good reason behind what you are doing. You'll say things like 'I wish they were dead... I want to rip them limb from limb' And then finally, eventually, right? Because your chimp feels like its expressed itself, so it's going to calm down
