In Counterattack and Outrage is there are photographs shown by Nairn and drawings by Cullen. Here the drawings themselves are taken from photographs. The book takes six years to write from his first visit to America. It's like six years late. You can see where the teething problems are because it's where he's just got this mode that he's developed as compared to like Banham who say what you will. He's definitely like cooks up something new for making sense of Los Angeles. We could go to the comparison and I think they have their virtues line completely different places and their vice is like completely different places.
