How to Put on a Group Training Program
All of my coaching career has involved these group training programs. I would do like three a year basically fill up the whole year with three different programs. You're gonna you're gonna want a training plan for each distance that you're training for and then and I would always suggest three levels again beginning in immediate and advanced making sure they have enough time to train.
