And then you read it and you're like, wait a minute, the Georgian Parliament wanted to pass a bill that would throw out NGOs - essentially Western political organizations. Now that's anti-democratic big D. This concept is not what you were taught in civics class, excuse me. That's one level of critique. There's another line of attacking quote, unquote democracy,. which is kind of tied to this idea of total war.
