Introduction

I want to tell you a little something as we get started here about my childhood that I think some of you can relate to. In many ways, it's almost like my childhood and growing up was a quest to prove that I was different than everybody else different in a better way. So if you have a Bible, I hope that you will open it to 1 Samuel chapter 16. One thing that I chose early on, like many guys, is athletic prowess. And so I played basketball, I dominated. It actually worked out well for me for a while because for whatever reason, I grew fairly quickly.
