A Big Business Fraud - What's the Problem?

A former employee who had access to reports, probably goul sheet more, i'm guessing wrint had sensitive customer data in it. This is like a bigger issue of people not having due diligence when they look go of employees,. Or employed no longer works somewhere, it just leaves acul and this is a big prolem in accounting forms too. So there's that. The other fraud we have to talk about er breach.
