How to Get a Final Closing Disclosure
Once you get closer to closing there's a three day prior to closing disclosure which is essentially the final version of a loan estimate. That's not necessarily your final numbers because that's going to have tweaks made to it but it should have accurate lender fees and by that it should be like the underwriting processing the points stuff like that even the title fees at that point should be accurate. But what might not be accurate yet would be the fact that the seller is going to owe you for pro-rations of taxes where they've owned it from January 1 up to the day of closing you need to get credit back from them.
