The Importance of Scalability in Research

Atlassian's growing 34% year-on-year as an organization. As a research team, over the last four years, we've grown from a team of 10 to a team of 100 and growing. Unless your service is scalable, you're not going to be able to move beyond the at scale of 100. For me, I've moved the book title on to research that's scalable as opposed to research at scale.
