The Importance of God's Words in Acts 26

In Acts 26, Paul says a light from heaven brighter than the sun blazing around me and my companions. That's a lot of extra words there. When Paul says God said something, this is important. These aren't details that typically would be like, Oh, who cares? It doesn't matter. No, this matters. And if that wasn't enough, number four, Paul adds the entire conversation within his testimony about God rescuing him and sending him to his own people. This was not an X nine.
