The Importance of Product Strategy in a Business
TripAdvisor was the first time where I think there was this really interesting connection between big strategic ideas and the day-to-day of what we need to do from a business standpoint. Adam as well as Steve the CEO of TripAdvisor both were just really good at understanding how to build systems that have exponential returns user generator review content being a great example for me. The idea is you can take reviews and opinions of travelers turn that into user-generated content and then use that to drive an SEO engine so TripAdvisor has the deepest and the most current content on every single place in the world that a person might go to.
