Is That a Form of Meditation?

When people hear the word meditation, they typically think of someone sitting cross legged. In my opinion, that is a form of meditation, because you are very present in the moment. You're aware of what's going on moment to moment, even as things change. And yet, i would call that that state that you were in, a type of relaxed awareness. Did it feel good to you? I mean, it sounds like you, you enjoyed that in some way. Yet, in some way it almost feels likan. It's still very much a part of my life. But if it allows me to, it is very recharging me.
