Liturgy's new album, 93696, is more of a punk meets classical thing. "I wanted to somehow just have a record that maybe sounded more live," says singer/guitar player John Cusack. The band has never really been part of a metal scene in a straightforward way but was later categorized as such because of musical techniques.
