How Many Times a Week Do You Train?

i would do jiu-jitsu three times a day and that's not even counting like i would do it almost every day. I was just getting really really good but i was also getting a high rate of burn out. If you get some strength training in there maybe a day or two in a week as well that'll help supplement things  and you'll feel strong and then you're still working out. You just need to manage your amount of training and be smart, he says.
