Tomas Rader is a former FBI agent. He and Kate have been waiting outside for flights from New York to greenland, where they were supposed to be lying low. They are now in the middle of their first mission together since leaving the bureau. The two try to find out what has happened to Cate's boyfriend who was with her when she disappeared. After an hour or so it becomes clear that neither can get close enough to see each other without arousing suspicion. Tomas says he will take them both but only on one condition: "I promise i'll return"
