Rudy Giuliani's Accusation of Fraud

Rudy Giuliani said a lot of crazy things in the parking lot of the four seasons. But when it came to being in front of a federal judge, even he backed away from all of it. There is a general statute that prohibits submitting false statements to the government. I think one of the difficulties here is that they did so much stuff that had just never been tried before.
