Could really help you defeat worry and start living, start enjoying your life more. And worry much less. So that's the key. Just listen to them. If you don't like one, just ignore it,. When you hear one you like, maybe you can try that one. Here we go. The rest before you get tired is about keeping up your mental and physical and emotional energy - not negative but positive.
