Kat Velos: What advice would you have given to yourself at a different stage in your professional career? I think I got it from this great book. Start saving for retirement earlier and also don't be afraid to rock the boat a little bit because chances are what feels like a lot to you is perhaps small in the larger scheme of things. Be yourself, show up, don't feel like you got to perform what it means to be a worker,. And that would have probably made it easier and less stressful when I was quite young in my career.
