You're Not Going Solo

In our culture we place such a high value on self reliance, particularly as ontrepneurs who think they have to be heroic and do everything. But every great story has a guide. That's one of the opportunities or or challenges that we have to recognize as we go through our journey is how you're not going solo. I published a blog post at one point about my own personal journey with depression. And after i poblished thit, it, i was like, oh my god, what did i do rit and i've never had so many positive comments about a blog post,. A lot of people are just dying inside, right and in struggling with depression and isolation.
