How Do You Support the Development of HLTs in Your School?
There are so many different ways that people experience the HLTA role, I think we can make some generalizations. There are things you can do to support their learning and to make it so that it's manageable for them as well. One thing we do is we have our same-day intervention model in school, where we use that to keep children up with learning. That's really interesting. And certainly, I'm going to circle back to some of the points you raised as we go through this conversation, Chris. But I'd be really interested to know, how do you support the development of hate cell TAs in your school?
