The Importance of Negative Reviews

I think that what you're saying is like, even if you don't do anything else, working on your reviews is going to make a really big difference in how Google perceives you and the traffic that you get. I know that in order to elicit trust, you do have to typically have some negative feedback. And usually the business owner gets to address it. But for the most part, legitimate negative reviews are okay. Your SEO is not going to tank immediately unless you get a lot of them. If they're illegitimate, ex-employee or something like that, you can go through a process to try to get those removed from Google.
