I think where do we draw the line between making a savvy manoeuvre and then being a dangerous driver? It's so hard to quantify, especially when we're looking at handing out arbitrary penalties. That's why there were so many controversies last year between Hamilton and Verstappen because they were policed quite unevenly,. shall we say, just generally across the year.
