What's Missoula Doing in the NBA?

I don't think- I think they already had to do all that stuff last year. And Missoula, it's not like Missoula is someone they brought in from the outside. Like Missoula was already part of the program last year. He already knows how everything works. So there isn't really a learning curve there and it's more just like what does he do a little differently?
