Is Real Estate in Vancouver More or Less Expensive in Five Years?
"I think it's still pretty good and considering everything that's happened. I mean, it's like 2008 when that happened in the market recovered after that," he says. "We're going to have more people coming. And those that take advantage during periods like this will get the benefit." He doesn't see how real estate won't be more expensive in five years.
