The Third Chief Principle of Change

The modern notion of freedom includes a strong sense of change, ind newness. We are told that we can make changes in our personal lives and improve ourselves by making innovations in business. The obligation to be innovative has cheapened innovation - i think. If it were really so easy to be innovative, we probably wouldn't need to remind ourselves of it constantly. I'm under the impression that they are common in the business world. To day, innovation has become a standard both cheap and easily available because any one can claim it, and everyone does.
